TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

2.0 Dick Collinson hereby agrees to provide the provision of Discotheque services as follows:

3.0 The client as specified above agrees to pay Dick Collinson the sum of £*** as follows:

3.1 The sum of a £50 non returnable deposit to be submitted with this contract duly signed by the client within 5 working days of receipt of this contract. If this deposit and contract is not received within the timescales, I reserve the right to cancel this contract and accept alternative offers of employment.

3.2 The remaining sum of £*** must be provided as follows:

a) By submitting a cheque for £*** at least 10 working days prior to the event.

or

b) By paying £*** in cash on the night prior to the commencement of the event.

3.3 In the event of cancellation by the client prior to the event, the deposit of £50 will not be refundable.

3.4 All cheques to be made payable to ‘Dick Collinson’

3.5 In the event of being asked to extend the finishing time beyond that specified, there will be a surcharge of £50 per hour to be paid in cash prior to the extended time.

4.0 Terms and Conditions

4.1 The client is to arrange with the venue to ensure that sufficient parking space is available adjacent to the function room for a large estate car or similar sized van.

4.2 I require access to the function room at least 60 minutes prior to the commencement of the event and 60 minutes after completion of the evening.

4.3 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that there are adequate power sockets available for the evening. Generally two double 13amp sockets are sufficient.

4.3 It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure the good conduct of their guests towards myself and equipment. If at any time before or during the function I consider myself or property under threat, verbally or physically, I reserve the right to terminate the disco without notice. In the event of this happening, there will be no refunds.

4.4 In the event of any theft or damage to any of my equipment caused by any party whatsoever, the client will be held responsible for the full replacement cost accordingly.

4.5 In the unlikely event of a major electrical failure to my equipment which cannot be rectified by the backup equipment, a pro rata refund will be provided for the remaining time. This will be the full extent of my liability.

This Contract must be signed by the Client and returned to myself within 5 working days of receipt, along with the £50 non refundable deposit.
